About

A Kowloon practice devoted to dated records of cold-storage balances — not to holding keys.

Why we exist

People who keep assets offline often have excellent security habits and messy paperwork. Device labels fade. Family members inherit envelopes without knowing what was last counted. Solicitors ask for a clear sheet and receive screenshots with no date. Data Processor Digital was founded to fill that quiet gap: a human-led offline wallet tracker practice that produces portfolio snapshot ledgers for cold-storage balances.

Origin

The practice began after several Lai Chi Kok clients asked the same question in different words — “Can someone sit with me while I open these devices and write down what I see?” We declined to become a custodian. We chose instead to specialise in the ledger itself: observation, labelling, and dated paper.

Working approach

Sessions are slow by design. You unlock. We observe. Numbers are spoken aloud before they are written. Uncertain readings stay marked as uncertain. We do not rush eight wallets into a thirty-minute slot.

Values

  • Custody stays with you. Devices leave with the person who brought them.
  • Paper first. Digital copies are secondary and travel only on media you supply.
  • Hong Kong context. We schedule around counsel diaries, typhoon signals, and the practical realities of meeting in Kowloon.

People

Our facilitators are trained in session protocol and client confidentiality. They are not investment advisers. When a question drifts into legal or tax territory, we pause and recommend you speak with your own counsel.

Community

We keep a low public profile. Most introductions arrive through solicitors, family offices, and previous clients who needed a colder kind of record-keeping than a spreadsheet can offer.
