How we price

Fees reflect room time, preparation, and the number of separately labelled cold wallets or envelopes in scope. Pricing below is a guide for planning; it is not a checkout. No payment is taken on this website.

Offline Wallet Portfolio Snapshot

From HK$4,800 for up to three labelled wallets in our Lai Chi Kok room. Additional wallets are typically HK$600 each within the same session, subject to the eight-wallet ceiling.

Balance Reconciliation Review

From HK$3,200 when you bring a prior ledger. Complex difference lists or multi-year sheets may be quoted higher after we see a redacted sample page.

Custody Handover Ledger

From HK$6,500 including dual packs and facilitation at a solicitor’s conference room in Hong Kong Island or Kowloon. Outlying venues are quoted separately for travel time.

Quarterly Snapshot Retainer

From HK$16,800 per year for four scheduled snapshots using a fixed label glossary. Unused sessions must be rescheduled within 30 days of the original date or they lapse.

Estimate factors

• Number of devices and paper backups
• Whether readings require air-gapped companion steps
• Attendance of counsel or translators
• Need for dual-language ledger headings (English / Chinese)

Deposits

A 30% deposit reserves the room once dates are agreed. The balance is due on the session day by bank transfer or cheque. See our refund policy for cancellation and rescheduling rules.
