We do not ask for seed phrases, private keys, or PINs. Please do not send them.

Purpose and legal basis

We process data to respond to enquiries, deliver booked sessions, issue invoices, and — where you consent — understand site traffic. Processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interests in operating a secure practice, and consent where required for optional cookies.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or dispute. Invoices are retained as required under Hong Kong business record rules. Analytics data, if enabled, is retained according to the tool’s configured window and then deleted or aggregated.
