Offline Wallet Portfolio Snapshot

Who this is for

People who keep balances offline and want a calm, witnessed record of what those wallets show on a specific date — for personal files, family briefing, or counsel — without handing keys to a third party.

Result

You leave with a portfolio snapshot ledger: each cold wallet listed by your own label, the balance observed during the session, the source of the reading (device screen, companion software offline mode, or printed receipt), and space for your signature and ours. We keep no copy of seed phrases.

Included

• Pre-session questionnaire covering device count and preferred labels
• Private room booking at our Lai Chi Kok office
• Guided balance observation while you operate every unlock
• Printed ledger (two copies) plus a sealed PDF on a USB stick you provide
• Brief verbal walkthrough of how to update the sheet at the next count

Excluded

• Moving, swapping, or consolidating funds
• Storing seed phrases, PINs, or device passphrases
• Tax filing, valuation opinions, or investment advice
• Remote sessions where we cannot see the device screen with you

Provider and process

A ledger facilitator from Data Processor Digital conducts the session. You unlock devices. We write what we jointly observe. If a reading cannot be confirmed, that line is marked “unverified” rather than guessed.

Preparation

Bring labelled devices or envelopes, any offline viewing method you already trust, and spare batteries. Do not email seed material in advance. Arrive fifteen minutes early for room setup.

Constraints

Sessions are limited to eight separately labelled wallets or envelopes per appointment. Larger holdings are split across days. Photography of screens is only with your consent and stays in the room.
