Acceptance

By booking a session or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not request services from Data Processor Digital.

Services

We provide human-facilitated portfolio snapshot ledger sessions and related appointments for recording cold-storage balances. We do not custody assets, store seed phrases, execute transfers, or provide investment, tax, or legal advice.

Client responsibilities

You remain solely responsible for the security of your devices, seed material, and access credentials. You must not disclose seed phrases to our staff. You confirm you have lawful authority to present the wallets brought to a session.

Intellectual property

Ledger templates and website content belong to Data Processor Digital. Completed ledgers prepared during your session are yours to keep and use. You may not republish our templates as a competing service offering.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Hong Kong, Data Processor Digital is not liable for losses arising from device failure, incorrect balances displayed by hardware, your decision to transfer assets, or third-party advice. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to a session is limited to the fees paid for that session.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
